Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate to good demand and light 
offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, and round cuts steady to firm. Choice 
loin cuts steady while Select higher. Beef trimmings sharply lower on light 
demand and light to moderate offerings.
